Micro-Bubble Flotation (MBF™) is our primary product offering. Technology used by our competitors uses large bubbles for flotation, but size really does make a difference. By creating small bubbles, the mass transfer area between the gas and liquid phases is maximized. This substantially increases the efficiency of the transfer of the gas to the liquid. Trillions of small bubbles have a high probability of contact to even the smallest of emulsified oil droplets and efficiently adhere and lift them to the surface for skimming.

API Tank Flotation Onshore facilities can take advantage of a higher performance approach to gas flotation where the internals of an API 650 tank are specially designed for Micro-Bubble Flotation (MBF).
Flotation in an API tank provides dramatic improvements over conventional IGF's due to it's significantly longer retention time, economic scale ability for large flows, ease of operation and ability to utilize existing piping, foundations and often the existing tank itself (retrofit). |
Revolift™ is the trade name that refers to a specific patented vessel internal design that has been developed to remove suspended oil from water through the use of these gas micro bubbles. The RevoLift product line incorporates all of the benefits of micro bubble flotation into a gas flotation vessel of either a Horizontal or Vertical orientation (depending on application location) that can outperform Induced Gas Flotation (IGF) or Induced Static Flotation (ISF) products currently on the market by others.

P-klone™ Hydrocyclones are compact, centrifugal separators with no moving parts. They are insensitive to motion and are unmatched in their small size and high capacity. These devices can be used for de-oiling and de-sanding produced water streams. Hydrocyclones are used to pre-treat produced water before polishing with a skimmer/Degasser or with Gas flotation Equipment.
